Our History

In 2020, driven by a vision of economic empowerment as a pathway to uplift lives, Dr. Abhaman Parmar founded Parmar Humanitarian Services (PHS). His primary objective was to extend a helping hand to the people in his hometown and beyond.

PHS, under Dr. Parmar’s leadership, has undertaken a multifaceted approach to humanitarian work. The organization has established free education centers, facilitated the construction of water wells, and engaged in various developmental projects covering child rights, women’s rights, environmental action, and community health.

Our History

In 2020, driven by a vision of economic empowerment as a pathway to uplift lives, Dr. Abhaman Parmar (Founder) formed Parmar Humanitarian Services (PHS) with Kamla Parmar  (Co-Founder)Anisha Parmar (Co-Founder)Ashvin Parmar (Co-Founder) and friends. His primary objective was to extend a helping hand to the people in his hometown and beyond.

Behind The Mission

Dr. Abhaman Parmar, a senior surgeon based in Houston, TX, USA, is not only a skilled medical professional but also a dedicated social worker with a passion for philanthropic causes. His journey into the realm of social work is deeply rooted in his personal experiences and a profound desire to make a difference in the lives of those facing adversity.

Hailing from the deserts of Tagusar, Tharparkar, Dr. Parmar, the son of Ajeem Das and belonging to a minority, navigated through numerous challenges. These early hardships became the catalyst for his commitment to creating positive change.
